An exciting opportunity to be a part of the Digital Marketing team as a Digital Platform Analytics Specialist in an established Financial Institution. 

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or Business Management;
  • At least 6 years of working experience in digital analytics with good experience with Database Marketing and CRM;
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics);
  • Experience with AB Testing solution such a Adobe Target and ad serving platform (DoubleClick);
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing;
  • Strong analytical ability to translate statistical insights to make sound business strategies & decisions;  
  • Good leadership & stakeholders\’ management skill;
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Nugit);
  • Experience in Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive decision making with Analytics and Develop strategies for improving the customer insights and add more value to enhance customer experience;
  • Responsible to design data visualization or dashboard to report critical success metrics and analytics related to Digital/Web/Media Marketing business investments;
  • Analyse and review entire product portfolio to determine the trends based on dashboards and reports;
  • Work together with customer analytics team to deliver impactful analysis with high quality based on the 360 view of the customers;
  • Advisory and support to the organization to sharpen new customer acquisition strategies;
  • Provide support to other business units across the region for web/platform analytics across reporting, maintenance and integration of data sources;
  • Strong appreciation of latest analytics landscape, strategies and best practice;
  • Provide daily support on daily operational business needs and meetings.
