- Minimum 10Â years\’ experience in designing and building complex software systems and applications;
- Experience in engineering and architectingÂ Digital,Â Ecommerce,Â Web,Â Mobile solutions;
- Outstanding experience in Business to Consumer, User Experience (UX), User InterfaceÂ (UI) and Customer Experience;
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills and technical team management experience;
- Proven track record of supporting and delivering complex projects in a cross-business, multi-country environment;
- Deep knowledge of Agile / Scrum; and software engineering practices like Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment & Automated Testing;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work in fast and challenging environment with tight deadlines.
- Scrum Master Certified.
- Responsible for the architecture, design, development and continuous management of all Digital product and services;
- Support the creation of a world class end to end customer experience design and agile development practices;
- Involve in continuous improvement, initiate new ideas / concepts by leveraging the latest technologies; driving the efficiency across the wholeÂ ecosystem;
- Contribute to the digital strategyÂ and build the innovation capability within the team;
- Provide leadership to technical members (scrum masters,Â engineers, UI/UX designer)Â and vendors to manage delivery of projects;
- Responsible to guide and supervise technical team members in particular Agile and Scrum development practices;
- Manage development plans, highlight potential gaps, risks,Â technical challengesÂ and provide mitigation and alternatives;
- Ensure compliance to company and industry practices, methodologies and standards.
