If you are an experienced DevOps Engineer, you can play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reliable, and high-performance systems that meet the business requirements of a Global Financial Institution.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree n Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent area of technical study;
- Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes;
- Familiarity with agile software development in Go, C/C++, Java, JavaScript;
- Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins;
- Significant experience with Windows and Linux operating system environments;
- Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as PowerShell or Python;
- Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desirable Skill(s)
- Work experience in Banking Industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and maintaining mission-critical information extraction, analysis, and management systems;
- Implements streaming analysis algorithms to generate question focused data sets (QFDs);
- Provide direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs;
- Participate in architecture and software development activities;
- Translates loosely defined requirements into solutions;
- Use coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow;
- Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem;
- Perform incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered.
