- Proven track record in managing candidates and clients through an end-to-end IT recruitment process is an advantage.

- candidate management and/or
- 360° client & candidate management
- Ensure the end-to-end recruitment consulting/search process is followed:
- Understand the requirements from technology, business & needs perspective with a consultative approach;
- Formulate the right strategy for the assignment;
- Use various techniques to search & attract the right candidates globally;
- Review/assess the potential candidates’ career goals, job & behavioral competencies to meet the desired expectations;
- Recommend/present the summary of short-listed candidates;
- Manage the candidate’s expectations with full transparency;
- Manage the logistics until the successful on-boarding;
- Work towards exceeding the agreed KPIs to grow the portfolio of assignments.
